Idaho Wine Country: A Devil's Bargain?
This paper is an academic paper at this point. It applies the theories of Hal K. Rothman and Elliot West to the developing wine regions of Eagle and Caldwell, ID. The paper is based upon news coverage of both citys' efforts at developing a wine country. Will be expended in the future and will become less academic. Just trying to get some thought established on the subject!
